Comfrey Herbal Organic Salve, Double Infused, Made from Fresh Plants

Salve made from the Comfrey plant I grow in raised beds of organic compost and worm castings and then double infuse in organic oil. This is available in 4 oz or 2 oz tins with screw-on lids. I make this with fresh leaves, flowers, and stems.

Within an hour of picking the plants, I start by making the first 3:1, concentrated infusion in organic extra virgin olive oil. I strain, and then do a new 3:1 infusion with fresh plants for a second infusion of the same oil (double infused). Nicely concentrated! I am a small farmer (translation—no staff!) so everything is grown, harvested, prepared, packaged, and shipped by me with care. I love nature and working with plants brings me joy. I like to think this transfers to the plants and hopefully to you too!
